Deadlines and delivery

At the house of PAOMA, each of our products is made to order, In our workshop, with care and precision. This approach allows us to offer tailor-made solutions, adapted to your needs.

🧵 Manufacturing lead times

Regular period : approximately 2 weeks manufacturing
Peak periods : expect up to 3 weeks

These lead times may vary slightly depending on the order volume and the level of product customization.

🛠 Custom orders

For the Custom orders, Delivery times may vary depending on several factors, including:

there project complexity ;
there quantity ordered;
THE handling characteristics ;
as well as the delivery destination.

Manufacturing and delivery times are statements made after the complete study of the project, once all the details have been confirmed.

🚚 Delivery times

Once your order is ready, it is shipped with Purolator.

Quebec : 1 to 2 business days
Other Canadian provinces : 2 to 8 business days
UNITED STATES : 4 to 10 business days
(Delivery times may be slightly longer due to customs procedures.)

📧 Order tracking
When your package is ready for shipment, you will receive a Purolator email containing your tracking number.

✍️ Secure delivery

A signature is required upon delivery.
In case of absence, a notice of passage is left so that you can collect your package in a Purolator drop-off center.

🏬 Purchases from a distributor

If your purchase was made from one of our distributors, We invite you to contact him directly to find out the applicable delivery times in store.
