Shipping costs must be paid in full by the customer at the time of purchase.

Please allow 4 weeks for delivery of an order in Quebec and 5 weeks for the rest of Canada and the United States.

For purchases outside of Canada and the United States, you must contact PAOMA customer service at the email address support@paoma.ca

A tracking number is assigned to each package. This number will be sent to the email address provided on your order form. A signature from the recipient is required upon delivery to ensure the product has been delivered to the correct person.
