How should I take my measurements in relation to the door or window frame?
The measurement must be taken on the outside of the window, including the molding. Add 2 inches to the width and 3 to 4 inches to the height. If your measurements are not standard, please contact us by email for a quote.
For example, for a 24'' x 66'' frame you would choose a 26'' x 70'' blind.
How to take measurements for a solar shade?
The measurements must be taken outside the molding and you must add 2 inches in length to include the curtain rods.
Example for framing 24" x 66'' you will choose a fixed 24'' solar shade x 68''.
What is the delivery timeframe after placing my order?
The manufacturing time for your order is 2 to 3 weeks, to which are added 2 to 10 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

What is the difference between a curtain and a Paoma magnetic blind?
The curtain is a simplified version of the blind. The curtain has no pleats and simply has magnets in the center and at the bottom. Whereas the blind is composed of folds and magnets all along (between 8 and 14 for a Roman blind look). Both have the same magnetic rod. which attaches with Velcro.
How to install curtains and/or blinds After the reception?
Simply unroll the curtain and/or blind and then install the magnetic rod above the window molding.
Can I install a magnetic blind on a wooden door?
The system is currently only designed to fit on a steel door or window.
Is this system adaptable to all types of windows? Is there an alternative?
Currently, the system is designed exclusively for steel doors. Any special requests should be sent to us via e-mail.
How can I check if my door is made of steel?
Simply test the surface of the door with a magnet, such as the ones you have on the fridge.
Do you deliver outside of Canada?
Yes, we also deliver to the United States.
Do you offer custom-made solutions for windows with unusual dimensions or shapes?
Custom orders are possible; please contact us via e-mail. We would be happy to offer you a solution. corresponding to your needs.
What happens if I am not satisfied once my order is delivered?
We guarantee customer satisfaction. Simply contact us and we'll explain the easiest way to proceed. Please wait for our approval. A fee of $15 applies to Canada and $25 to the United States. Because we already offer free shipping on your order. We will refund you for the product once the return has been processed.
How do you care for curtains and blinds? Are they washable?
Yes, They can be washed by hand or in the washing machine. For the washing machine, you must use The laundry bag provided with the product is included because the washing machine drum is metal. This will protect your curtain. For drying, it is recommended to hang it up.
How can I see the fabric?
You can visit one of our distributors, or if there isn't one near you, you can order samples directly from the site (shop section/product sample) or by contacting us contacting.
Is it possible to order by phone?

Do you have a collection system?
If you order from a store, your order will be delivered directly to distributer who will discuss with you, according to their terms, how to retrieve the product.
If you place an order on the website, we prefer to use Purolator delivery.
How does the delivery process work and what is the timeframe?
Delivery is handled by Purolator, with UPS taking over for the United States. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery to Canada and 4 to 6 business days for delivery to the United States. It is important to provide a physical address as a signature is required. Delivery takes place during business hours, Monday to Friday. If you are not home, a card will be left with the address of the pickup location.
What are the different payment methods available to me?
You can pay for your order by credit card or PayPal on the website. Other payment methods are available in the... retail outlets.
Regarding solar shades :
What is the difference between a fixed shade and a roller shade?
The fixed screen has a magnetic rod at the top and bottom. Therefore, it cannot be rolled up. You will be able to see outside, but with a level of privacy determined by the chosen opacity.
The roller blind can be rolled manually and attach using the magnets located at the back.
